King Snake Release
Neighbors had an unwanted King Snake in their yard. We needed a good snake in our yard. Hopefully, the mesh fence will keep him contained for a while. There are plenty of places to hide and things to eat.

There were four coyotes. One was very close to the road at one point. This photo is the best I could do with an iPhone.

Sprinkler Leak
The source water for the 11 hr. irrigation was turned off. Some of the deteriorated sprinklers on HOA property were repaired or replaced, but not all of them. The video shows one of the sprinkler heads that has been leaking every day since I first posted about this on April 12th. A superficial inspection by the HOA landscaper would've discovered this. Who knows how many issues go unnoticed. They install a bunch of red and yellow flowering plants by the roads to look pretty, which makes people believe everything is maintained, while some basics are neglected.
