City Council 5-24-2017: Irrigation Line Cut, Brush Fire Danger

Photo (jpg) of the 2" irrigation line that has been cut and capped, and a photo (jpg) of the lot adjacent to my house that is supposed to be maintained but instead is a fire hazard.  It is hard to believe that the fire department allows this.
